Pengenalan area atau section di kitchen

Well, guys, it turns out that there are a lot of areas in the Makassar Poltekpar kitchen too. For example, there is a mini library, office, pastry and bakery, butcher, cold kitchen, main kitchen, locker, dry store, lobby, utencil store. So this is the first thing we have to know because why, when we want to do something it will be related to the areas or sections in the kitchen gangs.       Pengenalan Area di Kitchen Hello sahabat chef, perkenalkan nama saya Muh.Fitra Juvi Yanto. So guys hari pertama yang saya lakukan di kitchen Poltekpar Makassar itu, yah sesuai dengan judulnya,"PENGENALAN AREA YANG ADA DI KITCHEN". Nah tepatnya pada hari/tanggal. Senin, 14 Agustus 2022 Jadi hari pertama saya di kitchen itu, saya di inchrage oleh beberapa orang senior, yah tentunya seniornya baik-baik semua dong dan senior yang incharge ini tugasnya untuk memandu kita selama kita berada dalam area kitchen Poltekpar Makassar  Nah gengs ternyata area dalam kitchen Poltekpar Makassar itu banyak juga loh. Seperti, ada mini library,  office, pastry and bakery, butcher, cold kitchen, main kitchen, loker, dry store, loby, utencil store. Nah ini yang pertama kita harus tau karene mengapa, ketika kita ingin mengerjakan sesuatu akan berhubungan dengan area-area atau section yang ada di kitchen gengs. Mungkin itu saja yang dapat saya ceritakan di hari pertama saya masuk di kitchen P
