SWEET ROLL BREAD

So guys, today Monday September 26th we are making
Sweat Ŕoll Bread, namely Sweet Bread with the Modified Strait Dough Method....
As for the Recipe
100 gr Milk
6 gr Yeast
50 gr Sugar
3 gr Salt
35 gr Eggs
200 gr Hard Flour
50 gr Soft Flour
50 gr Butter
As for how to make it is
The first is to heat the milk to a temperature between 40 - 43° C, set aside and then add the Yeast to the warm milk then let it stand for 5 - 10 minutes or until it is frothy.
Mix in a bowl of Sugar, Butter, Salt until well blended and the sugar is slightly dissolved.
If it is smooth add Egg. Then put it inside
mixing dough.
Put into the mixing bowl the butter, sugar and salt mixture, add 1 part of the flour mixture, add the egg and add the milk mixture with yeast that has been frothy, mixer using speed 1 until well blended. If it is smooth, add 1 part of the flour then mix for about 8 minutes (until smooth).
if it's double the size of the dough, remove it from the bowl then remove the gas by hitting it then the dough is scaling with a scale and weighing 40 gr. Then molding and rounding. Then shape according to the desired shape.
Baking for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked and browned at 190 degrees Celsius.
